I am a victim. Argent used the old "bait and switch" on my loan. I got no TIL. Argent modified my loan application and increased my income figures by about $8,000 a month. They promised a loan restructure within 6 mos. of closing, because the loan I got was not the loan they promised, but then they said they couldn't do because of our "prepayment penalty" which they had said would be No problem. Lies and pressure is all I got. Now, the servicer,SPS, is threatening foreclosure. And SPS has lied to us about who actually holds our note. I have demanded rescission and compensation. Thanks, Ben Casillas
